Shipping Protocols
- Processing: 3-7 business days upon full payment (and valid FFL if applicable).
- Tracking provided via email. Note: USPS updates may be limited during transit.
- We ship to all 50 states including Alaska & HI.
- Insurance is not included by default.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All orders exceeding $1,000 require a signature. High-value items below this threshold may also require a signature at our discretion.
Accessory Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Returns ONLY accepted for items found defective immediately upon receipt.
- Claims must be initiated within 30 calendar days.
- Ammo, Components, Scopes, and Optics are strictly non-returnable.
RESTOCKING POLICY
Unauthorized returns or non-defective items are subject to a 25% FEE. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Firearm Transfers
INSPECT BEFORE TRANSFER
Inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE the transfer. Once transferred, the firearm is considered USED and cannot be returned.
- Post-transfer defects must go through the manufacturer for warranty/repair.
- We provide prepaid labels if the manufacturer does not cover shipping.
- FFL fees are never reimbursed.
- Denied Form 4473 returns incur a 25% FEE.
Operational Fees
- Cancellations: 5% FEE for in-stock items cancelled prior to shipment.
- Prohibited Items: 15% FEE for attempting to purchase items illegal in your state. Know your laws.
- Lost Packages: Mistakes on our end are replaced/refunded. Courier errors result in shipping refunds only unless insurance was purchased.
- Pre-Orders: May be cancelled at any time without fee.
