Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days. Please note that unforeseen events with the couriers are out of our control.
How do I create an account?
Accounts are free. Just click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page to sign up.
How do I change my shipping address?
To protect our customers from fraud, we only ship to the billing address.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided. If you created an account, you can also check your orders and tracking information there.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
Your credit card information is encrypted. We can neither see nor retain your card information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to customers in Arizona.
Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the USA.
Will my items come in one package?
Typically, your order will ship in one package. However, if it’s beneficial, it may come in multiple packages.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. If we send the incorrect part, we will send a return label, so long as the original product is unused and unopened.
I received the wrong item
As long as the item is still new and unopened, we will exchange the product.
My order arrived damaged
Damage may occur during shipment. Please opt for insured shipping to cover your package against loss or damage.
Where should I mail my authorized return?
A return label will be provided if we authorize a return.
How do I receive customer support?
You can call or email us for the fastest response. Please note that warranty issues will be dealt with directly by the manufacturers.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
We only ship to your credit card’s billing address. So, if the order is approved, it will ship to where your bill goes.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Please note that cancellation of unshipped items will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
Can I order prohibited items?
We will charge a 15% cancellation fee on all orders containing local, state, or federally banned/restricted items that cannot ship to you.
